Pastor Andy was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and lived in the same house for 18 years. He got married in August 2005 to Christy (Danielson). He has one brother who lives in Wisconsin and one sister who lives in Rochester. His parents still live in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. He grew up attending Stevens Point Assembly of God.

Pastor Andy went to Rhema Bible Training Center in Texas for 2 years and attended a church called Believers. He then transferred to North Central University and went to a church in Forest Lake called Maranatha Assembly of God. At Maranatha Pastor Andy was a part of the youth leader team at Mars Hill where he helped out in a number of different areas ranging from leading worship to heading up the skateboard ministry.

His interests include about every athletic activity besides dancing and synchronized swimming. The things he likes to do are snowboarding, skateboarding, snakeboarding, mountain biking, Frisbee, basketball, football, etc. His hobbies include playing the guitar and video games.

Pastor Andy’s Personal Testimony: “December 1995, the realization of games being played interrupted my life routine. Growing up in a Christian home and going to a Bible believing church could not interrupt me like God did that day. In the state of desperation, I reached out to the God I so often dangled my life in front of. Such as a young boy does with a piece of yarn in front of an aggressive kitten ready to intertwine with every part of the yarn. In the midst of the bitter-cold night there was a warm heart change. That night I decided to let go of the yarn, the life I dangled so carelessly in front of a God that simply wanted it all. Ever since that evening my goal is to continue to lay down my ambitions, desires, and my passions to the God who showed me unconditional love.”

In direct representation of what God has done in Pastor Andy’s life, he has a desire to see the Youth Generation have an experience much like his own. His passion is to see young people lay down their lives to the cause of Jesus Christ. On top of that he loves to assist young people to continue to lay their lives down on a daily basis, growing in their daily walk with Jesus Christ. Pastor Andy’s goal is to see young men and women become men and women of God, and in turn to see those men and women changing the world around them.
